India's progress - Policy makers should frame a targeted approach for boosting growth.

Each district has significant role to play to boost the progress of India. It  can provide valuable inputs to frame better policies with targeted approach.

India's diversity embodied in it's districts is very crucial for framing policies. So the policymakers should focus on and understand the full nature of this diversity before making policies.

Policymakers should clearly understand the existing levels of socio economic aspects of the districts as an input in order to provide it equal weightage to its potential for socio economic development.

In India, the average district has around 1.86 million people, This figure is larger than the population of countries like Bahrain and Luxembourg. Bahrain and Luxembourg have nearly 1.47 and 0.65 million people respectively . The figure regarding population shows the importance of crafting policy in order to provide them a good governance.

In this context, the policymakers should consider the following while framing policies for the progress of India.

1. to frame policies for the long term.

2. give equal weightage to its potential socio economic development.

3. to improve education at the district level.

4. to ensure financial access.

5. to improve health facilities with the help of modern science and technology.
